April 24th Nutrition

Today was a little better than yesterday! I did forget to log a Chicken breast, so that will bump up my

protein and cals just a little. As you can see I always make sure to eat the bulk of my carbs in the 

morning, this gives me energy throughout the day.

My daily nutrtion

I use the Daily plate to track my nutrition, there is also an APP for the iPhone called live strong. 

This allows me to be able to tweak my nutrition, the above day was not good. My fat intake was

to high and I actually did not eat enought food. This is a perfect example of why it is important to know

the importance of what you are eating.
